How does Disneyland pin trading work?

Disneyland pin trading is simple and fun! Bring your Disney pins to the park, and you can trade with Cast Members or fellow guests. Just approach someone with a lanyard or display of pins, ask to trade, and swap for a pin you love!

How can I tell if a pin is authentic?

Authentic Disney pins usually have a sturdy metal back, a clear "Disney" logo stamp, and sometimes a serial number or date of release. The enamel is smooth, and the details are sharp. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help verify it!

Are the Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and other brand pins authentic?

Yes, I take the authenticity of all the pins I sell—including Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Warner Bros. and other brands—very seriously. A great deal of time and research is dedicated to ensuring that every pin I offer is authentic. Each pin is carefully reviewed before being listed, using trusted references and sources to verify authenticity. While I strive to ensure all pins are genuine to the best of my ability, I always encourage collectors to examine their purchases and contact me if they have any concerns. My goal is to provide only authentic pins so you can collect and trade with confidence!

Do you offer Disneyland park pickups for exclusive pins?

Yes! We offer Disneyland & Disney California Adventure park pickups for exclusive and limited-edition pins, as well as other merchandise. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we’ll do our best to grab it for you during our next park visit!

How do I make a special pin or Disneyland park pickup request?

You can send us a special request via Instagram Direct Message or email. Just let us know the pin you're searching for, and we’ll help you track it down or offer park pickup if it’s available at Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park.

How do your Disneyland park pickups work?

For park pickups, I charge the retail price of the item plus any applicable taxes (ex: a $19.99 retail item will cost $22.99 + shipping). You can still qualify for free shipping on your order, so there’s no extra shipping fee added for the items I pick up for you. Just let me know what you're looking for, and I’ll do my best to grab it during my next park visit. Once I have the items, they’ll be shipped to you as a part of your order at no additional cost for shipping!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay directly through our website. If you’re placing an order through Instagram, we also offer alternative payment options like Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App for your convenience.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We typically process and ship orders within [2 business days]. For park pickup pins, we’ll keep you updated on when the pin has been picked up and shipped out!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the collectible nature of Disney pins, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues with your order, feel free to contact us, and we’ll work with you to resolve it!

Can I reserve or pre-order a pin for an upcoming release?

Are your pins new or pre-owned?

Yes, we accept pre-orders for upcoming pin releases! You can either place your pre-order through our website or contact us directly on Instagram with the details, and we’ll add you to our list for when the pin becomes available.

We offer a mix of new and pre-owned pins, and you can rest assured that you will receive the exact item shown in the photo. Each pin’s condition will be noted in its description, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

What should I do if my pin arrives damaged?

If your pin arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means issuing a refund or replacing the item.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. You can view the shipping options and rates at checkout.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or order?

If you receive the wrong item or order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order details and a photo of the item you received, and we will resolve the issue by either sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
